fantastic central area for exploring bermuda's beauty

my stay was wonderful, enjoying the convenience of being just a few steps from Hamilton Harbour and a short walk to the iconic Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, which made my city strolls feel so effortless and enjoyable.

Great spacious king room, enjoyed 24-hour security. Limited beach umbrellas by the pool.

The staff's exceptional friendliness made a significant difference, particularly with Andrew going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The hotel's location offers quick access to downtown and nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for exploration. However, the pool was too warm for a refreshing dip, and there were occasional shortages of pool towels which disrupted our experience. Additionally, we felt that the breakfast options could benefit from more variety.

I had a delightful stay, especially enjoying my charming room with a fabulous veranda for evening tea and those lovely breakfast views by the pool. One downside was limited availability of pool towels.

Waking up every morning to a cheerful breakfast setting, the hospitality truly stood out. Andrew makes every guest feel like family, offering tips and warm smiles.

However, our check-in experience faced some hitches. Despite their friendliness, front desk staff lacked knowledge about local amenities and events.

My stay at rosedon exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, allowing easy walks to shops and the ferry, and the morning tea on my private veranda made for a lovely start. Andrew, the bellman, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were always met.

The Beautiful Room offered a spacious and inviting space with a fabulous veranda that was perfect for enjoying evening tea. Proximity to Hamilton Harbour enabled easy strolls to local attractions, often enhanced by beautiful hosting events including a wine hour and BBQ nights.

Several aspects nudged down my experience. Housekeeping missed a beat once during my stay, leaving me to snag clean towels from the front desk myself. To top it off, my hot water maker struggled to heat things up properly, diminishing the tea experience despite housekeeping sometimes refreshing my tea supply.
